Once again, we're starting out with this week's highlights:
This is loosely based off the real life of 14-year-old journalist Hyldie Lysiak and follows a crime that occurred in the town where her father grew up. The story follows two timelines: present day, and 30 years ago, where the crime that occurred then haven't truly allowed the town to break free from its shadow. It's a well-acted, well-written and engaging series that has been renewed for a second season, so let's hope it comes out soon!
Does this really need an introduction? The Mandlaorian is the first ever live action Star Wars series and follows Din Djarin, a Mandalorian who is sent to capture the cutest asset in all of the Galaxy. Now in its second season, and just days away from what promises to be an explosive finale, how far The Mandalorian goes in pushing the Star Wars lore out there just that little bit more has me at the edge of my seat.
